Food-Production Manager/Supervisor

Position: Production Manger & Supervisors - Food Products (Dry Fruits Industry)
- 4 Years+ experience in Production Operations Process Enhancement / CIFactory Operation, Floor & Manpower, Team Management Quality Assurance & Control - Food Industry

- Possess a clear understanding of industry, technology trends with distinction of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall costs · Skilled in determining company's global mission & strategic direction; ability to formulate and implement tactical initiatives to achieve corporate strategic goals
· Excellent in defining & implementing quality standards and structured processes / internal control plans for manufacturing operations in Plants.

- Ascertaining areas of improvement & recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of the systems

-Ensure implementation of all Policy for Production, Quality, and Maintenance & Safety.
Support to Factory Manager in meeting the production targets with optimum efficiencies.Accountable and responsible for the manufacturing operations of production for sustainable and improving productivity targets with 100% safety, quality of the product and system. Responsible for the line maintenance budgets, and line spare inventory and its inventory management.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate - Food Technologist

Job Description:

To Manage All Vertical Communication. Worker's coordination, Team Management , follow up or all pending issues, coordinating with managements and various agencies and reporting as well on Regular Basis. Knowledge of English, Hindi, Gujarati Should be Able to Convincing Effectively

Basic Requirements: Good Communication English
: Knowledge of MS Office/ Email / Free Hand on Experience on Searchengine. Smart in Relation Development

Salary range: 3.60 Lacs to 8.40 Lacs or Negotiable
