Requirement for Reputed Real Estate Group of Companies Developing Highrise Residential Commercial Projects Position_ Project Manager & Sr. Site Engineers Experience 10 Years + in All High-End Multistory Residential Projects Location - Thaltej - Ahmedabad Main Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintain End to End Site Operation Check and Maintain invoices & LIS Reports Follow up with contractors and Labours and team Checking Invoicing /billing, Daily Reporting to Management according to specific deadlines Perform routine check system of operations Monitor any other irregularities at Site Check Quality of Work Done / Admin & other utilities work Develop a Healthy Coordination between workers, staff and Management communicate with all levels staff via phone, email, mail or personally collect data and prepare monthly metrics Able to Take Ownership of Whole Projects Education and Experience BE/ B Tech/ MTech - Civil from Reputed Collecge 10 Years + Experience in High Rise Residential & Commercial Sites knowledge of office administration and procedures knowledge of compliance requirements Have to Stay Till Project Completion Duration 4-5 Years Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Experience: Manager - Residential Projects: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
