PROJECT CIVIL MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

As a Project Manager or Senior Site Engineer at a reputed real estate group of companies developing high-rise residential and commercial projects, your main job duties and responsibilities will include: - Maintaining end to end site operations - Checking and maintaining invoices and LIS reports - Following up with contractors, laborers, and the team - Checking invoicing/billing and providing daily reports to management within specific deadlines - Performing routine checks on the system of operations - Monitoring any irregularities at the site - Ensuring the quality of work done and overseeing administrative and other utilities work - Developing a healthy coordination between workers, staff, and management - Communicating with staff at all levels via phone, email, mail, or in-person - Collecting data and preparing monthly metrics - Being able to take ownership of whole projects Your qualifications should include: - BE/B Tech/MTech in Civil from a reputed college - 10+ years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial sites - Knowledge of office administration and procedures - Knowledge of compliance requirements - Willingness to stay till project completion, which may take 4-5 years In addition to these responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement.
