PROJECT CIVIL MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

As a Project Manager or Senior Site Engineer with over 10 years of experience in high-end multistory residential projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end site operations at a reputed real estate group of companies developing highrise residential and commercial projects in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. Your main job duties and responsibilities will include maintaining site operations, checking and managing invoices and LIS reports, following up with contractors, laborers, and the team, ensuring timely invoicing and billing, and providing daily reports to management within specific deadlines. You will also need to perform routine checks on the system of operations, monitor any irregularities at the site, check the quality of work done, and oversee administrative and utilities work. Developing a healthy coordination between workers, staff, and management is crucial, along with effective communication at all levels via phone, email, mail, or in person. Additionally, you will be required to collect data and prepare monthly metrics while taking ownership of the entire projects. To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in BE/B Tech/MTech - Civil from a reputable college, along with at least 10 years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial sites. Knowledge of office administration, procedures, compliance requirements, and the commitment to stay until project completion (duration 4-5 years) are essential requirements.
