Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Production Faculty position located in Vijayawada. The Food Production Faculty member will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lectures and practical sessions on various aspects of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Additionally, the faculty will guide students on industry standards, evaluate student performance through assessments, and provide mentorship to help students achieve their academic and career goals. Participation in curriculum development and staying updated with current culinary industry trends will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Food Production, Culinary Arts, and Kitchen Management
• Effective teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop course material, conduct practical sessions, and guide students in internships or projects
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum
• Previous teaching experience or industry experience in hotel management and food production is preferred
• Postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• Passion for mentoring and nurturing students
