Food Microbiologist Intern

Roles and Responsibilities include (but are not limited) to the following.
1. Responsible for our internal Lab, Auditing and Inspections2. Monitor and identify microorganisms in a range of environments3. Follow regular sampling and testing schedules of Raw Material, Finished Goods and Processing Area to detect harmful microorganisms4. Use a variety of identification methods to test samples5. Get involved in the research and development of new product development6. Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and SOPs on a regular basis7. Recording, analyzing and interpreting the results8. Ensure data is recorded accurately in accordance with guidelines & internal SOPs9. Inspecting food manufacturing process to check for possible contamination and take necessary action to eliminate the same10. Responsible for safety standards at various levels in the Company11. Equipment validation, calibration, and coordinating with external teams on a need basis

12. Take responsibility of our day to day operations as required

13. Responsible for the quality of our production team

Willing to join immediately and local candidates are required

Qualification: B.Sc. /M.Sc. Microbiology, Biotechnology

Certificates: FSSAI, HACCP and would be nice to have

Prior experience on the following Microbial Tests is highly considered for the post.
1. Total Bacterial count2. Coliform count3. Yeast and mold4. E.coli

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hayathnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
