Position: Event Food Court Curator | Food Court Manager - Sales & OperationsRole Summary:The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for curating and managing food court experiences at events. The individual will identify suitable food stall brands, onboard vendors, and ensure seamless execution of service while optimizing revenue and covering all operational costs.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and partner with the right food stall brands and vendors for each event based on audience, theme, and budget.- Curate vendor line-up ensuring variety, quality, and timely delivery of food services.- Manage all vendor contracts, payments, and compliance requirements.- Oversee on-ground operations during events to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.- Monitor sales, costs, and profitability of the food court to ensure financial targets are met.- Troubleshoot operational issues and proactively ensure service standards.- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align expectations and deliverables.- Maintain a database of vendors, cost structures, and event learnings for future planning.Requirements:- Proven experience in F&B operations, event management, or food court management.- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.- Good understanding of event logistics and cost optimization.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Goal:Ensure every food court event is profitable, runs smoothly, and delivers a high-quality customer experience while covering all inbuilt costs.
