Job Description

1. Oversee F&B Operations: Manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service. 2. Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus, ensuring quality, presentation, and profitability. 3. Staff Management: Supervise and train F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. 4. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service, handle complaints, and resolve issues. 5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability. 6. Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability. 7. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. 8. Budgeting: Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize resources. Key skills required: - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Financial management and budgeting skills - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,250.02 - ₹59,935.16 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Schedule: Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
