Food & Beverage (GSA )

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, describe dishes, and highlight wellness-based food and beverage options.
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding special dietary requests or allergies.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset for the next service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times.
• Refill water, serve herbal teas, and assist with buffet service when required.
• Support the team in inventory checks, stock maintenance, and service preparation (mise-en-place).
• Handle guest feedback politely and inform the supervisor of any service concerns.
• Follow all wellness, safety, and hygiene protocols of the retreat.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management / F&B Service.
• 1–2 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury resort, wellness retreat, or hospital setup.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards and table etiquette.
• Awareness of nutrition, herbal drinks, and healthy menu concepts (preferred).
• Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented approach.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
