Food & Beverage Executive

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting the team in achieving operational excellence and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day F&B operations across dining outlets.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all service areas.
• Assist in training and motivating team members to deliver consistent service.
• Support in inventory control, stock requisitions, and cost management.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales, breakages, wastage, and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Accounts, Purchase) for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations (restaurant, bar, or hotel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
