Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Trainer based in Asansol. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, designing lesson plans, and preparing training materials in alignment with industry standards. They will assess trainees, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback. The incumbent will also facilitate both practical and theoretical sessions, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. Additionally, the Trainer will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and maintain high levels of engagement with students.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in food and beverage operations, including food preparation, hygiene standards, and hospitality services
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective delivery of training and engagement with participants
  • Proficiency in creating training materials, lesson plans, and assessing trainees’ performance
  • Capability to provide practical and theoretical instruction that meets industry standards
  • Prior experience in training or teaching roles within the hospitality or food service sector
  • Knowledge of developments and trends in the food and beverage industry
  • Certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for teaching and skill development
