Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Bhuj. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, manage staff, ensure high-quality service, maintain budgets, and uphold health and safety standards. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, staff training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage Management
Strong Customer Service and Training skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
