Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Coimbatore. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensure quality service and customer satisfaction, manage inventory and budgets, and supervise and train staff. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and driving strategies to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Proficiency in Training and supervising staff to maintain consistent service standards
  • Knowledge of Budgeting and cost management to optimize operational efficiency
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
