Our exceptional properties consist of Malabar House in Fort Kochi, Purity at Lake Vembanad, Discovery Houseboat, and The Baron's Villa. As a Food and Beverage Captain at our Alappuzha location, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the food and beverage department. Your key duties will include ensuring that service standards are consistently met, supervising the staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in liaising with the kitchen team, managing inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong supervisory skills with prior experience in managing teams, a comprehensive understanding of service standards specific to the food and beverage industry, demonstrated experience in food service operations, exceptional customer service abilities, effective communication skills, the capacity to thrive in a team environment, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
