The Head Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, including menu planning, managing food preparation, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves maintaining high culinary standards, managing inventory, and fostering creativity in the development of new dishes. The Head Chef will also ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality dining experiences. Qualifications Culinary expertise, menu planning, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and train kitchen staff Strong organizational and time-management abilities to ensure timely service Creativity and passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes Experience in inventory management and cost control techniques Proficiency in managing a fast-paced kitchen environment Formal culinary training or certification is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
