Role Overview:

friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant

Key Responsiblities

Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service in line with company standards.
Assist in setting up, serving, and clearing tables in restaurants, bars, or event spaces.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service and dining areas.
Ensure accurate order-taking and timely delivery of food and drinks.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and feedback.
Support stock rotation and monitor inventory levels for F&B supplies.
Follow health and safety, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), and hygiene protocols at all times.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
