Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant. The role is located in Kottayam. The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for assisting with food service, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include setting up dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, taking and serving orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Collaboration with the kitchen staff and other team members will be essential to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Skills in and Food & Beverage and guests handling

• Experience in Food Service and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Any Degree or Hotel management degree
