F&O Technical Lead

Your role, your impact

As a Team Lead, F&O Microsoft Development, you ll be part of a team of dedicated professionals delivering innovative and comprehensive Microsoft solutions. Leveraging your expertise, you ll help clients optimize Microsoft projects, streamline operations, and achieve strategic objectives.

You ll lead and mentor a team of developers and/or technical architecture advisors, collaborating closely with management, project managers, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and the highest quality standards. You ll also provide regular updates to management on budget, schedule, and project status, while guiding the team in applying best practices and fostering professional growth.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field;


• Minimum 8 years of technical experience in a software or IT development environment;


• Minimum 4 years of Microsoft D365 F&O development experience;


• Proven experience managing development teams, delivering projects on time and within budget;


• Experience with code management and work item tracking using Azure DevOps, as well as Azure technologies;


• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and adherence to established procedures;


• Solid understanding of Microsoft D365 F&O best practices;


• Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Language skills

• English: Proficient

• Collaborate with project managers and technical project managers to plan and monitor development timelines;


• Work closely with project consultants, technical architecture advisors, and developers on designs, code modifications, integrations, and reports;


• Translate client needs into clear, attainable technical solutions;


• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements;


• Contribute to the creation of functional and technical designs, and provide accurate customization estimates;


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met;


• Mentor development team members, supporting their career growth and technical capabilities.
