FMCG Sales

We are looking for a driven and street-smart FMCG Sales professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in distributor-led sales. This is a core business role, working directly with the founders, and suited for someone who understands traditional trade, modern trade, quick com and multi-channel FMCG sales dynamics.

This role requires strong local market knowledge of Delhi, distributor handling capability, and the ability to build long-term trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories in Delhi

• Manage and grow distributor and dealer networks

• Handle distributor appointments, onboarding, and performance tracking

• Execute sales plans across general trade, modern trade, and other FMCG channels

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock movement

• Work closely with founders on market strategy, pricing feedback, and expansion plans

• Track daily sales activities, collections, and market intelligence

• Coordinate with supply and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment

• 2–3 years of proven FMCG sales experience

• Strong experience working with distributors and retailers

• Clear understanding of modern trade vs traditional trade sales cycles

• Candidate should be based in Delhi and familiar with local markets

• Comfortable with field sales and daily market visits

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-driven, disciplined, and execution-focused
