Operations Intern – Field & Process Setup (Delhi NCR)

Internship (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Your Role In a Nutshell:

Stakeholder Management:

• Be the face of the brand while interacting with vendors, clients, and partners
• Assist in setting up and managing meetings, follow-ups, and coordination with external stakeholders

On-Ground System Setup & Operations

• :Support the team in setting up operational systems and processes across location
• sBe involved in hands-on work to ensure daily operations are smooth and organize
• dHelp map out process workflows and SOP

Execution & Organizational Support

• 
  Track day-to-day tasks, ensure timelines are me
• tCoordinate logistics, resources, and vendor support as require
• dBe part of field visits to understand pain points and suggest practical fixe

Communication & Negotiation

• 
  Draft crisp communication and follow-ups with clarity and inten
• tNegotiate terms with vendors, partners, and collaborators when neede

Willingness to Travel (Delhi NCR)

• 
  Be flexible to travel across Delhi NCR for meetings, visits, vendor checks, or operations setu
• pShould be comfortable managing things on-site independently when require
