Diraaz, is an upcoming Tea brand (start-up) in the B2b and D2c marketspaces. We are looking for sales specialists for B2b. We offer products such as, traditional tea leaves, herbal teas, ice-teas etc. Responsibilities Understand products and services that our company offers in depth in-order to understand how we can add value for our customers and their businesses. Identify potential clients, and our company's needs for revenue generation, brand building etc. at a particular stage. (It is important to identify clients based on our needs at any time, big, small, famous or non-famous) Discuss with reporting manager and develop a strategy to approach the selected parties. What will you offer? How will you offer? And at what prices? so that the conversation ratio stays above 50%. Schedule meetings with prospects, go through the sales cycle, meet them, follow up with them, influence them, meet them again, lure them with your offers and your presentation, all with an intent to close the deals. Finalize payment terms at the time of closing deal. Get the MoU signed. Track timely payments. Do it over and over. The company would expect a 1:10 ratio Salary : Revenue. (Be wise and real when negotiating your salary) Log day to day work in a software or other tools such as excel, CRM etc according to company policy. Qualifications Experience and commitment to do all of the above and more in the manner asked by the company.
