FMCG Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FMCG Manager to oversee and manage the production and delivery of various products, including body soaps, floor cleaners, and hand sanitizers, within the Kandi jail premises. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to train and schedule teams, and experience managing end-to-end production processes in an FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:Team Management:Train, mentor, and supervise the production team within the jail premises.Schedule and assign tasks to team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Production Management:Oversee the entire production process of body soaps, floor cleaners, hand sanitizers, and other FMCG products.Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.Implement and maintain efficient production workflows.Quality Control:Monitor product quality and enforce strict quality control measures.Address and resolve any production issues or discrepancies promptly.Inventory and Supply Chain Management:Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.Oversee the storage and handling of materials and products.Delivery and Logistics:Plan and manage the logistics of product delivery.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Implement and enforce health and safety protocols within the production area.
