Flutter Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer (2–4 years) to join our team. You’ll be working on building robust healthcare applications using Flutter with BLoC state management and clean architecture principles. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging problems in healthcare while contributing to innovative, life-impacting technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Implement Flutter Bloc for state management within a clean architecture framework.
• Apply clean architecture principles and design patterns to ensure scalable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain code quality.
• Integrate with native libraries using FFI (Foreign Function Interface) for advanced functionalities.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver fully integrated healthcare solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Qualifications
• 2–4 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
• At least one Flutter application deployed on Play Store or App Store.
• Strong knowledge of clean architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with unit tests, widget tests, and integration testing.
• Proficiency with FFI for integrating native code.
• Solid understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development using tools like JIRA.

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude or PostHog.
• Exposure to WebRTC and real-time communication (WebSockets).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or developer communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
