We are hiring an experienced and talented e-commerce sales executive to join our dynamic team. Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive - Ecommerce (Early Joiners Only) Number of Posts: 1 (One). Work Location: MIT-WPU, Technology Business Incubator, 5 th Floor, Kashyap Building, Paud Rd, Kothrud, Pune 38. Eligibility: Graduate, BBA or MBA second/ final year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Mass Communication, and Media Convergences. Salary: Rs. 18,000 per month. Work Time/Days: 10 AM to 6 PM - Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holidays) - 100% work from Office Reporting to: Product Head & Research Officer Role Objectives: ü Implement effective e-commerce growth strategies. ü Optimize end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers and post-purchase follow-up. ü Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as production & Finance. Your Tasks: ü Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management. ü Analyze data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. ü Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing and customer service, to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads. ü Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies ü Attend conferences, events, and trade shows to display our product and the retail sales team. Required skills and qualifications: ü Graduate with 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven record of accomplishment of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets. ü Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion. ü Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG and Shopify. ü Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. ü Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Additional language proficiency in regional languages would be an advantage. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: ü A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field. ü Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, or HubSpot for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns. ü Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to track and analyse e-commerce performance metrics. ü Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO and SEM. ü Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required.
