Flutter Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Flutter development and a comprehensive understanding of business processes.The Flutter Developer plays a critical role in our organization, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter framework. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences, leveraging their expertise in Flutter and Dart programming language.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile/windows applications using Flutter framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement clean, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Flutter development
• Work with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for mobile/windows application development
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Participate in the full mobile application development lifecycle, including concept, design, build, deploy, test, release, and support
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure efficient use of resources
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience of 2 years as a Flutter Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Experience in mobile/windows application development for iOS and Android platforms
• Knowledge of mobile app integration with backend APIs and services
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and interdisciplinary environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding mobile experiences
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
