Odoo Developer(2 Yr Exp.)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Odoo development and a strong understanding of business processes. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Odoo modules and solutions to meet our clients' needs. You should have a passion for technology and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements. Modify and improve existing systems within Odoo to meet changing needs. Conduct module customization and integration with third-party services. Analyze and diagnose issues within Odoo systems, providing effective solutions. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and training to other team members. Ensure code quality and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures. Stay updated with the latest technologies and Odoo updates to implement best practices. Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo development. Proficient in Python and its associated libraries. Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and shell scripting. Strong knowledge of business workflows and an understanding of functional business requirements. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with version control systems such as GIT. Knowledge of Odoo deployment and module migration is a plus.
