Job Title: Flutter Developer Intern (6 Months Internship)

Stipend: First 3 months No Stipend, after 3 months 5000/- per month for next 3 months
Opportunity to Continue: Based on performance, interns may be offered a full-time position post internship after a review and final interview.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Flutter Developer Intern to join our development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world mobile app projects using Flutter, Dart, and related technologies. Over the 6-month internship, you will gain hands-on experience building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications.

Upon successful completion of the internship and a performance review interview, high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time Flutter Developer role within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Learn and apply best practices in mobile app development.
• Work with APIs and third-party libraries to integrate backend services.
• Attend team meetings, contribute ideas, and stay updated with new Flutter and Dart technologies.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and UI/UX principles.
• Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Previous internship experience or personal Flutter projects (GitHub/portfolio links appreciated).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Android/iOS development basics.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Post-Internship Opportunity:

After the completion of the 6-month internship:

• You will undergo a performance evaluation and a final interview.
• Based on the results, selected interns will be offered a permanent Flutter Developer role with competitive compensation and benefits.
