Flutter Developer (4-5 Years)

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (primary focus).

· Utilize Native Android knowledge (Kotlin/Java) for:

o Understanding platform-specific behavior

o Using platform channels when required

o Integrating Android-specific features or SDKs

· Implement new features, fix bugs, and ensure smooth performance.

· Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.

· Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to deliver features on time.

· Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.

· Work with state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod).

· Optimize performance and debug issues across Android & iOS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Flutter.

· Strong understanding of Native Android concepts (Activities, Fragments, Lifecycle, Services, Notifications, Permissions, Gradle).

· Good understanding of Kotlin/Java (basic to intermediate level; not required to build full apps).

· Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).

· Experience with Git and common development workflows.

· Understanding of responsive layouts, UI/UX, and app performance optimization.

· Good communication, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have:

· Experience with platform channel implementation.

· Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Codemagic, GitHub Actions).

· Experience with maps, payments, and third-party SDK integrations.

· Knowledge of app deployment processes for Play Store & App Store.
