Floral Store Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Store Manager to lead our premium floral boutique operations. The ideal candidate will have strong retail management experience, a passion for flowers & aesthetics, and the ability to deliver delightful customer experiences while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to grow the customer base, increase store traffic, and maximize profitability
  
• Meet sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
  
• Maintain outstanding store condition, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
  
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with company policies & operational procedures
  
• Analyse buying trends, customer needs and store performance to improve sales and product mix
  
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and brand visibility
  
• Handle all staff- or customer-related issues including complaints and grievances professionally
  
• Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and support career growth of team members
  
• Be a role model for positive behavior, discipline, and high performance
  
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, inventory tracking, and cash management
  
• Coordinate with vendors and event teams for timely floral supply and design support
  
• Manage additional store operations as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager / Retail Manager (experience in floral, lifestyle, dcor, or boutique retail is preferred)
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills
  
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
  
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Good understanding of retail POS systems, stock management & visual merchandising
  
• Creative eye for floral arrangements, color coordination and display (added advantage)
