Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media, SEO, and SMO strategies tailored to upcoming events.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Optimize content for search engines and social media reach (hashtags, keywords, metadata, tags, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, photography, and event teams to ensure consistent branding and timely content delivery.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments/messages and building a strong online community.
• Track and leverage trending topics, hashtags, and SEO/SMM best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
• Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to boost event visibility.
• Provide live event coverage (live streaming, stories, behind-the-scenes updates).
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, SEO ranking) and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and update the company's content calendar to ensure timely event promotions.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in social media management, SEO, and SMO (experience in events/hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and analytics.
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines during event periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during live events.
