This role includes managing warehouse operations, supervising setup and dismantling at event sites, guiding labour teams, and ensuring high standards in event dcor production. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock control, and asset maintenance. Maintain organized storage of decor items, props, production elements, and tools. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits. Ensure proper packaging and loading for safe transport. Event Decor Production Coordinate with the design and production teams to prepare event decor materials as per event plans. Ensure all decor elements are quality-checked and event-ready. Organize pre-event decor mockups or sample setups when needed. Logistics & Dispatch Plan and execute timely dispatch and return of materials for events. Manage delivery schedules and vehicle routing for multiple events. Communicate proactively with event coordinators regarding logistics. On-Site Supervision Supervise setup and dismantling of decor and production elements at the event site. Ensure layouts and decor are executed as per approved designs and timelines. Troubleshoot any on-site production issues efficiently. Labour Management Lead and guide skilled and unskilled labourers during warehouse tasks and event setups. Assign duties and ensure safety, discipline, and productivity of the team on-site. Train crew on decor handling, packing/unpacking, and on-site assembly procedures.

Requirements & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 13 years of experience in social media management, SEO, and SMO (experience in events/hospitality industry preferred). Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and analytics. Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
