Event Decor Production Coordinate with the design and production teams to prepare event decor materials as per event plans. Ensure all decor elements are quality-checked and event-ready. Organize pre-event decor mockups or sample setups when needed. Logistics & Dispatch Plan and execute timely dispatch and return of materials for events. Manage delivery schedules and vehicle routing for multiple events. Communicate proactively with event coordinators regarding logistics.
