Job Description

Role Overview: As a Floor Supervisor in Mumbai, your primary responsibility is to manage daily floor operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee staff performance. You will be required to coordinate with team members, handle customer inquiries and complaints, meet sales targets, and organize training sessions. Additionally, it will be your duty to maintain a neat working environment, monitor inventory levels, and report to the store manager.
