Roles and Responsibility Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales targets. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance. Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints. Maintain high standards of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in retail management. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
