We’re Hiring – Floor Manager

Location: Shop More Hypermarket, Pulpally, Wayanad, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Floor / Store Management (Retail / Supermarket / FMCG preferred)
Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and supervise floor staff to achieve sales & customer service targets.
• Monitor stock levels, product display, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and adherence to operational standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for inventory management.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in floor/store management (Retail / FMCG / Supermarket preferred)
Strong leadership & team management skills.Good communication in Malayalam & English.
Ability to handle operations, customer service & problem-solving under pressure.
