1. Taking Daily Rounds in the Morning and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Addressing patient related grievances and resolving them amicably through related staff.
3. Ensuring that adequate number of House Keeping and maintenance staff reports for duty and is available during their tour of duty.
4. Ensuring timely housekeeping services during the tenure of shift.
5. Maintenance of the facility and utility services provided on the floor like drinking water, toilets, TV, Air conditioners and telephone etc.
6. Smooth and timely shifting of the patients.
7. Readiness of the rooms before arrival of Patient and after vacation.
8. Monitoring and assisting Bio- Medical Waste segregation and its timely transfer.
9. Coordinating with the front office department for admission, discharge and transfer of the Patient.
10. Attending safety committee meetings as and when held.
11. To report and act proactively for the potential threats regarding safety and security of the patients, staff and environment.
12. Maintaining daily census of the Patients.
