Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage floor activities during the night shift to ensure efficient operations. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance. Coordinate between night teams and HR/Management for timely reporting and updates. Ensure implementation of security protocols and adherence to company policies. Conduct floor inspections and submit daily reports to HR/management. Resolve minor operational issues and escalate major concerns to the concerned authority. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum: graduation preferred. Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Good problem-solving and decision-making ability. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Whats App, Emails). Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
