Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Floor Incharge. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Floor Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the showroom floor, ensuring smooth workflow, supervising team members, managing inventory, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining an organized and professional environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to meet sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

Leadership and Team Supervision: Proven ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment.
Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Operational Management: Proficiency in organizing and overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Sales and Inventory Management: Experience in monitoring inventory levels, implementing stock strategies, and supporting sales targets.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining a neat and professional showroom environment and ensuring operational accuracy.
Relevant prior experience in retail or the automotive industry is an asset.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to use dealership management software is a plus.
