Floor incharge

A Floor Incharge, also known as a Floor Supervisor or Manager, is responsible for overseeing daily operations on a specific floor or area, typically within a retail, manufacturing, or hospitality setting. They ensure smooth workflow, manage staff, maintain a clean and organized environment, and contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Management: Overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring staff performance and adherence to company policies.
• Operational Efficiency: Maintaining a clean and organized environment, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth workflow on the floor.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Fostering teamwork and communication among staff to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Training and Development: Assisting in the training and onboarding of new employees.
• Reporting and Analysis: Tracking daily sales and operational performance, reporting to senior management, and providing insights and recommendations.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, stock availability, and merchandise display.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to staff, customers, or operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
