Job Summary:
To supervise daily floor operations, guide sales consultants, and ensure smooth customer flow and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee floor staff and shift management.
· Ensure product displays are clean, stocked, and correctly priced.
· Assist sales consultants in closing high-value deals.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints on the floor.
· Train new sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Prepare daily sales reports and share with sales manager.
Qualifications:
· Graduate with 3+ years in retail sales (appliances/electronics).
· Supervisory experience and good product knowledge.
· Excellent communication and people management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
