Job Description

Oversee smooth patient flow from registration to consultation, diagnostics, billing, and pharmacy
Ensure all consultation rooms, waiting areas, and diagnostic sections are ready for operation.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping for quick resolution of any facility issues.
Handle patient complaints or grievances courteously and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor feedback from patients and take corrective actions.
Strive to maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain daily reports on patient volume, staff performance, and operational issues.
Coordinate with administration and management for continuous process improvement.
Coordinate between OPD, diagnostics, operation theatre (OT), pharmacy, and optical departments for seamless service.
Monitor patient waiting times and resolve bottlenecks or delays promptly.
Ensure patients receive proper guidance and assistance throughout their hospital visit.
