Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Floor Incharge with prior experience in hospital operations. The role involves managing day-to-day activities on the assigned hospital floor, ensuring smooth patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned hospital floor.
• Ensure smooth admission, transfer, and discharge process of patients.
• Monitor patient care activities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and support staff for effective workflow.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to hospital protocols among staff.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to patient care and staff duty.
• Conduct regular floor inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Prepare daily reports and share updates with management.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Hospital Administration or Nursing preferred.
• 3–6 years of hospital experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, patient care, and compliance protocols.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
