Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the International Sales Team’s daily activities on the floor.
• Barge into live calls to assess quality, provide guidance, and enhance closing opportunities.
• Assist in closing calls for other team members when needed to secure deals.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and training to agents for call handling and objection management.
• Track and analyze team performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, sales scripts, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the management team to set targets, strategies, and sales goals.
• Foster a positive, high-energy environment to keep the sales team motivated.
• Collaborate with other departments (Development, Digital Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in managing or supervising an International Sales Team.
• Strong ability to close sales calls and handle high-value client conversations.
• Experience in handling services like Website Development, Application Development, and Social Media services for international clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
