FLOOR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

The Floor Executive is the on-ground leader during service, responsible for coordinating staff, managing guest flow, ensuring a lively yet professional atmosphere, and resolving real-time issues to ensure seamless service. You will act as a direct extension of management on the floor.

Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Service

• Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and memorable experiences
• Handle reservations, VIP guests, and special requests with discretion and efficiency
• Quickly address and resolve guest concerns or complaints
• Ensure floor is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Team Coordination

• Support and guide waitstaff, runners, and bar team during shifts
• Communicate table assignments, section rotations, and special notes
• Ensure team maintains proper service standards, uniform, and conduct
• Assist in new staff training and on-the-job coaching

Floor Operations

• Oversee table turnovers, guest seating, and flow during high-volume periods
• Monitor ambiance (lighting, music levels, crowd control)
• Liaise with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and communication
• Support bar-backs and bussers when needed to keep service smooth

Control & Compliance

• Ensure responsible alcohol service and age verification procedures
• Enforce house policies related to guest behavior and safety
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or nightlife preferred
• Energetic, proactive, and composed under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in managing fast-paced, high-volume service
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Flexible schedule – must be available nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
