Job Role OverviewThe Freelancer Office Admin is responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational management of Wow Work India®’s employment and media service activities, while enjoying Low Cost accommodation in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities Oversee office operations, data management, and documentation for employment and franchise activities. Support recruitment and self-employment initiatives, coordinating interview schedules and onboarding of candidates. Assist in office communications, email correspondence, and maintaining client relationships. Liaise with media, auditor, and legal partner teams for compliance and reporting. Facilitate direct recruitment campaigns and ensure all jobs are offered on a free-of-cost basis to candidates. Maintain records, update job postings, and monitor portal activity to guarantee professional standards. Ensure the office environment follows ethical, legal, and confidentiality protocols. Provide in-house support to franchise partners and business associates participating in our professional network. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (freshers & experienced welcome). Good communication & organizational skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Ethical and service-minded attitude; commitment to compliance.
