Flight Ticketing Executive in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Air Ticket Booking & Issuance
• Handle domestic and international flight bookings for corporate, group, and MICE travel.
• Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets through GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Select the best routes and fares as per client requirements and budgets.
• Fare & Route Management
• Compare fares across airlines and advise clients on the most cost-effective options.
• Apply promotional fares, corporate discounts, and group rates wherever possible.
• Monitor seat availability and hold bookings as per client confirmation timelines.
• Changes, Refunds & Cancellations
• Process date changes, rescheduling, and cancellations promptly.
• Handle refund requests and coordinate with airlines for approvals.
• Advise clients on airline policies, penalties, and refund timelines.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure passenger details match travel documents before ticket issuance.
• Keep updated with visa, passport, and airline regulations for different countries.
• Maintain accurate booking and invoice records.
• Client Support
• Provide 24/7 assistance for urgent travel changes or emergencies.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth group departures.
• Maintain strong relations with airline representatives and consolidators.
• Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare daily/weekly booking reports for management.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide fair quotes for proposals.
