Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flight Ticketing Executive located in Noida. The Flight Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling flight reservations, issuing tickets, and managing customer queries. Day-to-day tasks include processing bookings, handling cancellations and amendments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and travel industry regulations. The role also involves coordinating with airlines, travel agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Flight Ticketing and Reservations
• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred
