Flexsin Technology - Scrum Master/Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master with a background in Quality Assurance (QA) to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, deliverables, and ensuring the implementation of Agile methodologies while maintaining high standards for quality and testing. Your responsibilities will include defining and tracking project milestones, managing project resources, identifying and mitigating project risks, leading meetings, creating detailed project documentation, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. You will act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, support team members in understanding Agile best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to manage product backlog. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile methodologies, a strong background in Quality Assurance and testing processes, and Scrum Master Certification (CSM or similar). You should also have experience managing and delivering software development projects, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs. Preferred skills include experience with test automation tools, DevOps practices and tools, and the ability to mentor junior team members on both Scrum and QA processes.
