Job Title: Functional Tester Core Banking (Flexcube Preferred) Location: Mumbai / Pune Experience Required: 4 to 8 yrs ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Functional Tester with experience in Flexcube (preferable) or other core banking systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail banking modules and software testing principles, and must be open to travel or relocation for implementation projects. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional testing for retail banking modules (e.g., CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Payments). Analyze business requirements and prepare test cases, test scenarios, and execution reports. Work closely with development and implementation teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Participate in UAT and post-implementation support activities. Document defects clearly and follow through until resolution. Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance standards and testing best practices. ________________________________________ Key Requirements: Flexcube retail experience is highly preferred. Experience in other core banking systems may also be considered. Strong functional knowledge in at least 23 retail banking modules (e.g., CASA, TD, Loans, Payments). Hands-on experience with software testing principles and methodologies. Prior experience working in a bank or banking software project is essential. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Willingness to travel or relocate for client implementations and support.
