Job Description

Job Title: Technical Architect Java (Capital Markets) Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office 5 Days a Week) Experience Required: 10 to 12 Years NP : Immediate to max 30 days Key Requirements: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java and C++ with hands-on architecture and development experience. Deep experience in Capital Markets , specifically within trading platforms , back-office trading operations , ledger funds , and RMS (Risk Management Systems) . Architecture & System Design: Strong grasp of system architecture , design patterns , and development of scalable , low-latency , and high-availability systems . Experience integrating OMS (Order Management Systems) and RMS in a trading environment. Financial Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial trading systems , including risk management , pricing , order management , and the full trading lifecycle . Experience with multi-threading , concurrency , and performance optimization in real-time, high-frequency systems. Technical Environment & Tools: Experience with Unix/Linux development environments. Strong command over messaging systems and financial protocols (e.g., FIX ). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and distributed systems architecture. Additional Skills (Preferred): Exposure to modern front-end technologies and UI frameworks. Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases , with experience in real-time data modeling. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices . Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development for capital market applications with a focus on back-office trading , risk management , and ledger systems . Collaborate closely with front-office and RMS teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business needs and industry standards. Guide and mentor development teams on best practices and design decisions. Analyze complex problems and deliver robust, high-performance solutions.
