Fleet Delivery Sourcing Executives

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Recruitment Specialist, where you will be responsible for recruiting delivery executives for two-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler vehicles. Your main responsibilities will include: - Experience in field recruitment of delivery executives for various types of vehicles - Conducting field sourcing, vendor management, and onboarding processes - Proactively building talent pipelines through social media and internet search tools - Managing and screening incoming vendor profiles, conducting background verification, and reaching out to passive vendors - Maintaining job postings on career pages and other employment websites - Identifying new resources such as advertising channels, databases, and networks to attract candidates - Maintaining relationships with sales and operations teams to achieve staffing goals - Building a strong network with vendors to ensure timely recruitment - Strategically sourcing for future recruitment requirements - Proficiency in MS Excel and system usage - Willingness to travel locally and own a bike for transportation - Excellent communication, presentation skills, and local area knowledge - Graduation is a must In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be eligible for the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Internet reimbursement - Provident Fund This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and performance bonus incentives.
